Unlike other search systems Searches Group provides data reports and results in real time where possible. Once your search or report has been generated it is available to view online and is also available for you to download. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view search and report results.
The online audit trail is a searchable record of each search that you order. Searches are kept in your audit trail for a minimum of 12 months which means that you can at any time retrieve previous searches, view and download them.
With your Searches Group account you can create unlimited user accounts for your organisation. Your default Administrator Account allows you to control each user. Administrators can also view the audit trail of any user online. All users have their own audit trail and access only to their own searches or reports.
